There is no charge to attend the event. Anyone expressing an interest will be sent a link to the outputs of this event.
Due to the need to balance the stakeholder groups, final acceptance of participation is by personal invitation. Acceptance will be confirmed four weeks prior to the event at the latest.
The conference participants give permission that empirica GmbH, Bonn and the European Commission can use video material and photographs of them, filmed / taken at the event and agree that this material can be used in perpetuity in whatever formats and on whatever platforms that empirica GmbH and the EU Commission deem necessary.
The conference participants agree to empirica GmbH processing personal data contained within the registration process or other data which may be obtained from me or other people whilst I am applying for the conference. I agree to the processing of such data for any purpose connected with my attendance at the conference, or my health and safety whilst on event premises.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event.
empirica GmbH and the European Commission cannot accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your own personal insurance before travelling.
